I think it's important to keep this original one up though. It's been stolen quite a few times for design contests, t-shirt shops, and the latest Mercedes Benz Ad...that I feel like this needs to keep presence on here!

Nah, they just made a series of ads that feature a brain with the left side being analytical and the right side creative. Which is an idea that has been around for literally decades and is the same idea the OP based this picture on. They show some similarities, but they're not similar enough in execution to suggest that it was her idea being ripped off, instead of it being a coincidence.
