looking pretty hot. i have been seeing those glowing swirls around. do you know of a tut where they are explained?

I did mine a bit simpler, since I had a tablet and was rushing this for school, I did a quick rough swirl on everything and just applied glow effect ever so carefully. I would try to do it better than that I guess. Haha.
